PAYMENT DEADLINES:
If registering online and paying by cheque, your cheque must be received by September 1, 2010.
If registering by mail and paying by cheque, full payment must be received with your mailed registration form by September 1, 2010.
Registrants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
